yes, there are at least two:

  Peter Lagefoged’s "Sounds of the World" (or similar)

  John Eslings "IPA Labels"

both are HyperCard stacks and available for free or a nominal fee. John

Sorry, I don’t have Peter Ladefoged’s e-mail, but surely you can find him
at a WWW server of UCLA in Los Angeles.

Finally, John Wells of University College London (j.we…@ucl.ac.uk) has a
cassette with all IPA symbols pronunced by a male and a female speaker,
and he is also preparing a CD with the same contents.
